DEI Education and Training

We work closely with leadership to customize training content and help people grow their DEI competencies.

We design training around any timetable to fit your needs — from an hour to a year-long and everything in between. Looking for already scheduled programming hosted by Uplifting Impact? We've got that too.

  • We offer a variety of 101 courses on topics like unconscious bias, microaggressions, and privilege for organizations that are just beginning their journeys.
  • Workshops and the upcoming Groundbreakers Retreat
  • Understanding of the 4 Bridge Builder personas

Our approach is to facilitate, not lecture. Participants are active co-creators of their experience - through free writing, breakout sessions, and large-group discussions. And they gain new community working among fellow DEI practitioners and those who want to lead in the space
