 In today’s episode, Justin Ponder is joined by Rhoan Garnett PhD. Former Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) at Milwaukee Public Museum. A leader for strategic and programmatic direction for IDEA initiatives focusing on integrating diversity with the core vision, mission, and values of MPM. His goals are set in advancing the museum’s commitment to preserve and protect the world’s well-being, natural, and cultural diversity. Rhoan is also passionate about mentoring information insight at scale to enable all students to get the opportunity to earn a degree towards a successful career fulfilling life.
