Organizations are at different places in their DEI organizational journey. When we consult with organizations, we help them gain clarity on their starting place, where they envision going, and the steps they need to take to get to their desired outcomes. But our work does not stop there. We also help our clients implement and review their efforts. We are most interested in working with clients that are ready to make a true impact within their organizational culture.
When we embark on helping leaders in the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) space, our number-one priority is to make sure that our clients gain the individual confidence they need to lead their teams through this work moving forward. We know that this work is challenging on a personal level; that difficulty is exacerbated when you are also helping a team navigate this space. That is why we are here to help!
As educators, training is a crucial part of our work. We offer training in a variety of capacities:
"Deanna Singh engaged our diverse group of leaders in a new way to think about their purpose. Her ability to connect to our group through storytelling and examples of goal setting was much appreciated.”
Medical College of Wisconsin
"Deanna is a true storyteller who brings her energy and passion to her work and shares that with others. She helped many folks in the audience not only feel compelled to make our organization more diverse and inclusive but also gave great actionable steps for all of us."
CUNA Mutual Group
"Deanna was able to inspire and challenge a wide range of people and guests within our community. It's been amazing to see how many people her story has touched and we look forward to hearing how the ripple effects will have an impact on not just those people, but our city and world!"

These examples will provide a model for attendees showing how to identify their opportunities for growth, share their own stories, challenge their current assumptions, and build greater empathy for others.

Differences in race, gender, religion, and sexuality are often used to reinforce power imbalances. As a senior-level corporate executive, Deanna Singh, a woman of color with a JD and an MBA, was told that in order for her work to be taken seriously, she needed to “bring a white man with her” to her presentations. She was appalled and shocked by this infuriating statement, but surprisingly she was also grateful for the honesty. Ultimately, she decided to flip that statement on its head and turn it into the title of her forthcoming book, Bring Your White Man with You: For Leaders Who Want to Break the Status Quo. In this keynote, Deanna Singh will provide audience members, those impacted by these power imbalances and their allies, with tools to disrupt the cultural norms that make these “bring your white man with you” sentiments so commonplace and to help create the change that we all need to thrive.
This program is perfect for leaders who want to be better allies in the workplace and in their communities.

Race and racism continue to be tough aspects of socialization for children. As parents, aunts, uncles, and mentors of young children, many of us struggle with how to deal with such a strong dynamic in our society. In these sessions we stress the importance of teaching children about race and give clear examples of how to do it in the right way.
This session is ideal for people who want to help the children in their lives develop healthy understandings of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
