The Uplifting Impact Podcast is a platform that fosters dynamic conversations around the intersection of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Leadership. Directing our conversations are Uplifting Impact’s Chief Change Agent, Deanna Singh, and Chief Information Officer, Justin Ponder. Both are renowned thought leaders, teachers and consultants within the DEI space and are known for the ability to teach difficult lessons in gentle ways that inspire change and innovation within organizations.

Our mission is to provide actionable insights and wisdom from various leaders, executives, consultants as well as entrepreneurs. We’ve had industry leaders from companies such as Hewlett Packard (HP), Ford, Kohl’s and more come on board to share their expertise within the DEI space. Advancing the discussion on productive and actionable strategies that will help bring an organization closer to the goal of a more equitable and inclusive workspace.

In today’s episode, Deanna Singh sits with Tammy Garnes Mata, Valley National Bank’s Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer and leads the development and delivery and communication of diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy.
