In this episode, Justin and Lily discuss the importance of creating a culture of psychological safety. Many times when these conversations are held, the focus is on organizational strategies; however, in this conversation, Justin and Lily dive into how individual leaders can focus on their own growth in this space, and use that as a starting point for being able to create safety for those around them. Lily also shares ways in which she prepares for entering the workplace and strategies for doing this work. To connect with Lily, find her on Linked In: https://www.linkedin.com/in/llamboy
