3 Benefits of Walking Meetings: Boost Your Health and Productivity

This month we're focusing on time saving techniques. I want to share with you one of my favorite techniques because not only is it a time saver, but it's also really good for your physical health.  We all know that if you want to be a Purposeful Hustler, you have to make sure that you stay healthy and fit.

Today I want to share the walking meeting.  Check out the three benefits to this lifehack below!



You get a chance to walk. I mean, we all are counting those steps. I can't tell you how many times people will tell me, that the thing they gave up in order to pursue their Purposeful Hustle is their health. That is not okay!



The second benefit is that you can focus. A lot of times when we're having meetings, especially conference calls, it's easy to get distracted with a million other things like playing solitaire on your computer. We're looking at other stuff, looking at our lists, writing stuff, you know, just doing all kinds of different things.

When you take a walking meeting, it really forces you to focus on other person in the meeting.



Walking meetings open creativity. I develop my best ideas during walking meetings.  They allow you to just think outside the box while literally walking outside of the box. It's an awesome feeling. You can go on a walk develop totally new ideas.
